1.HOW TO ENTER: Enter online at mikeweirwine.com or send your name, full address including postal code, phone number, age and signature on a postcard, and mail your entry to ”Mike Weir Wine Masters Contest” c/o Mike Weir Wine Inc A9-210 Glendale Ave. Suite 223 St. Catharines, On L2T 3Y6

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY Only one entry per mailed envelope will be accepted and only one-online entry per e-mail address by the authorized account holder per day. Entrants must be residents of Canada and of legal drinking age in their province of residence to participate.

3. The contest starts March 1st, 2010 and will close at midnight April 15th 2010 at which time no other entries will be accepted. Online entries must be received no later than midnight on April 15th and mailed entries must be post-marked by no later than April 15th 2010. Draw selection will be made by random draw on April 19th, 2010 from all eligible entries received by an independent jury. All entries must be legible to be eligible.

4.PRIZE: One (1) hand signed 2003 Masters Flag framed and duly matted. The approximate retail value is $1000. Winner must accept their prize as awarded. Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

5. Chances of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6.All entries become the property of Mike Weir Wine Inc. and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant. The Winner will be required to sign forms of release and consent to the use of his/her name, address (city and province) and/or photograph or likeness in any publicity carried out by Diageo Canada Inc. and or Mike Weir Wine Inc. without any further compensation.

7. The contest is open to Canadian residents, who are of legal drinking age in their province of residence and who are not an employee of Mike Weir Wine, Diageo, their affiliated companies and representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, contest prize suppliers or the independent contest organization. Employees of the liquor boards, commissions, agencies and branches (collectively the “Liquor Authorities”), or licensees authorized by the Liquor Authorities, and members of the immediate families of the aforementioned along with persons domiciled with any of the aforementioned, are not eligible to enter the contest.

8. The Liquor Authorities are not connected to this contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way for any matter related to this contest.

9. Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. .The selected entrant will be contacted telephone and/or registered letter. Each selected entrant must correctly answer, unassisted, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered in a telephone interview prior to awarding the prize. If the selected entrant cannot be reached after 3 attempts, the prize will be automatically forfeited and an alternate selected entrant will be selected .

10. Mike Weir Wine Inc. and or Diageo Canada Inc., their directors, officers, employees and agents, their Canadian representatives and respective promotional and advertising agencies are not responsible for any entries which are incomplete, stolen, lost, destroyed or delayed, or not transmitted due to technical failure, however caused.

11. By entering, the winner agrees to sign a release and indemnity in a form acceptable to Mike Weir Wine Inc, Diageo Canada Inc, the LCBO and the AGCO releasing the LCBO, AGCO, and the other Liquor Authorities, Mike Weir Wine Inc and Diageo Canada Inc, their directors, officers, employees and agents, their Canadian representatives and respective promotional and advertising agencies from any liability whatsoever in connection with the contest or the prize.

12. By entering, entrants agree that they have read, understood and agree to comply with the contest rules and decisions of the independent contest organization, which are final, and confirm that they are of legal drinking age in their province of residence.

13. Diageo Canada Inc. reserves the right to terminate or amend this contest in whole or in part with no obligation or liability of Diageo Canada Inc. or Mike Weir Wine Inc. if the contest is not capable of being executed as original planned or for other causes beyond the control of Diageo Canada Inc. or Mike Weir Wine Inc.

14. The contest and contest rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial liquor laws.
