2008 Sauvignon Blanc Bottle

2008 Sauvignon Blanc

tasting notes

A crisp, fresh and lively Sauvignon Blanc. Wonderfully fragrant, this wine is well balanced with juicy aromas of grapefruit, melon and lime zest flavours. On the palate, this medium bodied white embodies a creamy, oily texture with racy acidity and a bright mineral finish. Enjoy this aromatic wine with poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes or alone as a perfectly acceptable quaffing wine!

Ageing: Enjoy in its youth, but will age well for 2 - 4 years.
