Tasting Notes
This bubbly offers fresh and lively aromas green apple, lemon, and toast with a notion of sweetness. On the palate, it's light- to medium-weight with plentiful effervescence, crisp and vibrant acidity, and delicate fruit flavours. Finishes crisp and dry with lingering apple and toast notes. Simply chill and enjoy. Pairs well with oysters, seafood, poultry, cheeses and even desert.
Ageing: Wine is drinking beautifully now but will continue to develop in the next 2-4 years.

Reviews & Accolades
"Big fruit flavour here and an attractively silky texture, with notes of lemon pie, stone fruit and bread dough. Chill it well before opening to tame its considerable effervescence."
