Tasting Notes
A zesty refreshment with vibrant aromas of pear, lime, grapefruit and sweet honey aromas. The lively, racy acidity dances on the palate and finishes with tropical melon and pineapple flavours. This Sauvignon Blanc will wake up your palate and stir your appetite. A great sipper or an excellent match for oysters, fish and vegetarian dishes.
Ageing: Enjoy in its youth, but will age well for 2-4 years.
